Seasonal Hospitality Staff
During our season we are always looking for seasonal hospitality staff to join us in delivering the 5-star service across all of our operations.
Positions will include but not limited to:
- Front of House Team
- Waiting-on Team
- Housekeeping Team
- Breakfast Chef Team
- Gunroom Team
- Chef Team
- In-the-Field Hospitality Team
Based either in our luxury lodges at SY16 3DS or at one of our stunning sporting lodges in the field, a can-do attitude is a must for these positions.
The roles commence 1st Sept - 1st Feb each year with possibility for further work available after the season.
You will be a key member of a team responsible for the presentation and delivery of a world-class reputation. We are able to offer full and part-time positions.

Keepers Required

Accounts Assistant
Full-time, min 35 hours per week (9am – 5pm).
Based in Mid-Wales.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our small, busy accounts team as a full-time Accounts Assistant. The role will be varied, focussing on the sales ledger part of the year and then transitioning to the purchase ledger for the remaining months.
MAIN DUTIES
Purchase Ledger
Setting up new supplier accounts on our system
Inputting purchase ledger invoices & seeking approval for these
Reconciling supplier statements
All associated filing
Sales Ledger
Raising sales orders
Sending order agreements & deposit invoices
Dispatching orders off our system
Raising sales balance invoices
Dealing/resolving invoice queries
Amending orders
Chasing non-payment of invoices
Other Responsibilities
Enter petty cash receipts on our system
Bank reconciliations
Month-end journals
Month-end reconciliations
Skills/Attributes We Are Looking For
Previous experience in a similar role or newly qualified/currently studying
Excellent attention-to-detail
Confident using computer systems
Clear communication skills - both written and verbal
Ability to manage own workload
Well organised

Head Mechanic
We have an exciting position become available in our workshop for a Head Mechanic to join our team at Bettws Hall, Mid-Wales, SY16 3DS
Ideally you will be a Level 3 skilled technician or alternatively are well experienced in a similar role on motor vehicles and agricultural engineering.
As Mid-Wales' largest Kawasaki ATV dealership, you will be working on new, used and servicing of a wide variety of machinery both in the workshop and out on site.
Computer literacy will be required for logging in maintenance, dealing with general enquiries and carrying out minor admin. You will also be required to oversee fleet and dealership parts stock levels whilst maintaining a safe working environment adhering to the company's Health & Safety.
THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION WITH OCCASIONAL SATURDAYS. COMPETITIVE SALARY AND COMPANY BENEFITS TO MATCH THE EXPERIENCE LEVEL.
