This season has literally flown by. With such a long Spring and Summer working through restrictions easing, the anticipation for this season, the biggest and most important for us all, was huge.
In the flap of wing we find ourselves passing the half-way stage and heading deep into the December and January days. Full-breasted birds, frosty mornings and warm beef consommé at elevenses. Winter shooting has something special about it.
