For the forthcoming shoot season we require front of house team members to assist with the hospitality on shoot days at estates both in Wales and the Shropshire borders.
We are renowned globally for our high quality service and cuisine and therefore we need staff to maintain this reputation.
You will be based within one of our estate lodges and/ or gunroom for the duration of the season (1st Oct- 1st Feb) and will take ownership for the hospitality and upkeep within it. You will be required to work every shoot day, which may include Saturdays. As part of the role you will greet guests, serve drinks, attend to them in the field and serve and clear lunch. You must pre-empt guests’ needs and unobtrusively meet them. Your role is to be friendly and helpful to your guests and ensure that the hospitality they receive is first class.
The working hours will vary depending on the guests and business needs and the wage will reflect this. The role will ideally start at the end of September until 1st February. Accommodation can be provided.
We require candidates to have experience of front of house and or waitressing. Although experience is not as important as a can do and willing attitude. A professional and discreet demeanor is imperative.
