Providing first class hospitality at the gwct charity clay shoot

Our professional hospitality team were tasked with providing their renowned services to support the Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust's Charity Clay Shoot this weekend at our beautiful Maesmawr Hall estate.

After 3 and a half months since the last shooting event (the infamous Beater's Day!), our hospitality team were eager to get back out in the field to test, perfect and try-out various new dishes for the 22/23 season at the Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust's Charity Clay shoot.

Held at the beautiful Maesmawr Hall estate on what was a splendid early-Summer Saturday, the team provided Welsh bacon on sourdough rolls on arrival (coffee in tow of course!) followed by a selection of homemade elevenses throughout the course of the shoot.

The day was concluded with the prize giving, auction and our mouth-watering pulled steak mains to replenish our well-shot guns.
