Overall the cottage is fantastic - beautifully laid out, great ensuite bathrooms in every room (big plus!), ample dining space and nice connected lounge area. The sauna and indoor hot tub are also a big plus. The grounds are also immaculate - lovely to walk down to the lake and take in the peaceful atmosphere. The bar in the dining room also worked really well with a separate drinks fridge, and really helped with serving food. The management team were also really fantastic - very professional and friendly, and kept us up to date with information as our booking approached. Would recommend!

"The cottage was perfect! We are a group of 14 work colleagues and have had quite a few cottage weekends over the years. This was, by far, the best one we have stayed in. Location was perfect, cottage was well stocked with everything we could possibly need, beds are comfy and rooms are all a good size. The bar area was brilliant, stocked with plenty of glasses and the covered outdoor seating area was excellent! Beth met us on arrival to show us round and came to say goodbye as we left. The grounds are stunning!! Perfect setting for a sociable weekend away….we will definitely be back again next year!"

We had a great family holiday here, the hall is very warm, with plenty of logs provided if you want to light the log burner. All the showers were great with plenty of hot water. Really comfortable beds. Generous welcome pack. The hot tub was in use every night, star gazing. We mainly cooked our own meals, the kitchen is large and very easy to work in, plenty of fridge space and it’s very social all being round the kitchen island. We did eat out locally at The Cross Foxes, excellent Sunday lunch and The Red Lion, great pub food good value for money, excellent beer, friendly staff. Short drives to local towns and beaches. There was plenty to do for our week stay here. I’d love to return again.

Fantastic accommodation in a prime village location. Left clear instructions on accessing the property. Left a guide on what to do in Mid Wales and a guide on the facilities they provide. Exquisitely furnished. Very thoughtful host who kept some milk, wine, and a welcome pack. Rooms are luxury, super clean with sizeable wardrobes. Every room had an adjoining wash/bathroom. Had all the gadgets you'd need in a home. Very responsive host. Attended to help sort out the TV's internet. Importantly had parking It was so good that my children wanted an extra day. Will gladly use again when next I am in mid Wales.
