Licenses & Insurance in Argentina

Taking your shotguns to Argentina is a comparatively simple process. You will need to complete a special form obtainable from Bettws Hall and provide all of your gun and personal details.

Upon arrival in Buenos Aires you proceed to the gun clearance area, fill out one local form and pay $75 (U.S. Dollars) for each firearm. You can bring 2 guns per adult over 21.

However, for piece of mind, a Bettws Hall representative will provide assistance throughout the airport procedure.

Other local hunting licenses will have already been bought on your behalf, before you get to Argentina.

We recommend that you have full travel insurance (from your own independent provider) and Countryside Alliance membership which will cover you for such a trip.
