Birds for Home…
At the end of a great days’ shooting the Head Keeper will present each of the guests with a brace of dressed game. The birds, which are prepared by Willogame, are simply cleaned and defeathered or dressed, boned and rolled then stuffed with a wild boar and apricot force.
The birds taste superb and we sincerely hope this will encourage a wider audience to try game such as pheasant and partridge. If you would like to pre-order additional birds before your day we would be delighted to organise this for you. Alternatively, you can contact Willogame directly once you have sampled the fine fayre!
If you are staying at Bettws Hall in either the Willows or Beeches Lodge, then you will find the boned and rolled pheasant, stuffed with wild boar and apricot force on the menu – it tastes wonderful!

Bettws Hall has been working closely with Willogame, who are game dealers and processors based on the Shropshire Welsh border, for many years. Following your days’ shooting all of the shot game is refrigerated and then taken to their EEC licensed factory where it is cleaned, defeathered and prepared for sale.
